Wanted to be a challenge, to create a sustainable agricultural reality by giving our family the opportunity to grow with it.
We chose beekeeping out of simple curiosity, many of the initial difficulties related to inexperience and somewhat bizarre seasons. We never gave up because the trust of our customers has always stimulated us to continue.
Working with bees to observe their tiring and continuous work is an example for us.
Another challenge taken up over time is the cultivation of saffron, perfect with our honey, and our menu.
We have cultivated a high quality product, with a very intense perfume and golden yellow color.
The vegetable garden is also a very important project for us: bringing our raw material to the table makes us proud of our work.
